Looking for a nice, comfortable home with room for your whole extended family near Disney? You've found it!! We are sharing our home away from home. We bought the house so we could do family trips and are glad to share it when we aren't there. Our house has 6 Bedrooms (8 beds sleeps 12) and 5 baths with 2 master suites. There's a bedroom on the first floor for anyone who doesn't like stairs, and on the first-floor bath we put in a walk-in shower for easy access. The 3 kids bedrooms are themed and may lead to fights over who gets which room. We have a private pool and hot tub under a screen enclosure. We've got comfy furniture and a big kitchen with everything we need. There are 2 living rooms, and the garage is a mini-game room. There are TV's in every room and the Wifi with the fastest available internet in the resort. The house is in a resort that has great amenities including walk in pool, 2 hot tubs, bar and grill, 40 seat theatre, gym, and game room. All the resort amenities are included!! The resort also has 24/7 security. We are close to all the attractions like Disney and Universal. So come and stay at our place. Nothing too fancy but very nice. We love it and take good care of it and know you’ll have a great stay.
Other Details to Note
There is no smoking and no pets on the property. If any evidence of smoking or pets is reported by our cleaning team you will be charged $250 for additional cleaning and deodorizing. The resort takes the safety and security of residents and guests seriously and works hard to ensure only those authorized are on the property. I'll need the names of all those staying at the property to add to the guest list so you can use all the amenities. There is a strict 4 car maximum. There is no mail delivery to any house in the resort. If you happen to need to have something mailed to your during your stay it'll be delivered to the clubhouse and they charge a $10 fee to pick up. Crazy I know...but that's the resort policy.

The house is located in the beautiful Paradise Palms Resort. It's 5 miles to the entrance road to Disney and convenient to Orlando airport, Universal Studios, Sea World, Island H2O, and all the Orlando attractions. Lots of great golf nearby too. The resort has great amenities including pool, hot tubs, kids splash bar and slide, tiki bar, tennis and basketball, theater, game room, and market. Sooo much better than a hotel!!
